It worked for the first time when I was testing out, after that I kept tweaking (the shadows, through Skyrim Configurator), and now the statue is missing every time. Hirako__: Try manually to instal 1 mod on a clean game and see if it works. Don't use MO2 or SKSE or anything else. Just clean game and manually drop the mod whethever it says you have to. Many Mods will not work without the proper SKSE Version. That why SKSE exist.Most alternate start mods need to be placed pretty much dead last in your load order so nothing else overwrites them and causes issues.
