Purchased this 50 series right hand sliding patio door 33 days ago. It is very hard to latch from day one. Today, I opened the door and the door fell to the right and is riding on the track, obviously making it hard to open or close and there is a 1/4" gap at the top. I've installed several of the American Craftsman (now Andersen) sliding doors from Home Depot over the past 15 years, they all still operate fine and have had no problems.
