There's no bin files hosted yet as far as I'm aware, but my understanding is that if you have the TOTK link you can decrypt that using amiitool, open it in a hex editor, change the hex block "0418" to "0419" for Zelda or "041A" for Ganon. Then encrypt again with amiitool and write to nfc.
