Carried it to a dealer and they adjusted Throttle position sensors. After got back home and rode about 30 minutes, it started idling too high to change gears. Check your ignition coils, if you're technical enough it would be good to make sure they are both operating properly, if the Mule is idling okay it might be the Throttle Position Sensor too. check both things.
