International 886 problems
Posted June 1, 2020. Stuart, the pumps are submerged. The filter is below oil level. The tube goes above the oil level so that you don't empty the entire transmission just to change the filter. What keeps the filter full is the pump sucking oil through it. The tube made reference to above is in the rear housing.Posted December 4, 2013. When the 886 came out it had the 360 rated at 80 hp. IH put the 358 in the 886 and rated it at 90 hp. At the same time they came out with the 786 which was a detuned 886 with a lot fewer options. The literature at the time stated at the time open station or ROPS only.

Jan 7, 2018 · Posted January 23, 2018. Unfortunately, that pretty much means the TA is worn out / shot / toast. The sprag clutch that drives no-matter-what is no longer functional. The holdback clutches on the low side are no longer functional.
