The vanilla pip boy is an equipable that just doesn't show in your inventory; mods like pip pad that remove it from when they take away that item. Look up the ref ID for the vanilla pip boy and type player.equipitem XXXXXXXX into the game console. That may fix the issue I modded the game from the very beginning by adding three mods to it, and since then, my Pip-Boy has become invisible. Anyone know how I can fix this bug?
