Next day at 39 weeks, I felt nothing. Took a nap and woke up at about 3:15pm with back pain and contractions. I waited about 20 mins to time contractions. It’ll work if it’s time & it won’t if it’s not :) For my first pregnancy, my water broke the following morning after my membrane sweep (my appointment was in the afternoon).
