As of 2023, Boulder Lodge Bar and Grill is still open and serving customers in Anoka, MN. However, it’s doing so under a new name – it’s now called Back to the SRO Bar & Grill. There was a bar down the street from the bar I work at. Nothing fancy, just your run-of-the-mill college town sports bar. I don't know why it was on the show, tbh.
