So a full size grip will leave you 0.8” of rail beyond your muzzle. If you want a full size mag, go with the carry module as it will work on a compact or full size slide.The "Full Size", "Carry", and "XCarry" grip modules all have a full length grip, and accept a flush fit 17 round magazine. The difference is that the Full Size has a dust cover that goes all the way to the end of the slide on a 4.7" barreled slide. The Full Size grip module will stop short of the end of an XFive slide, by about .3".
