I became the thane of Morthal so I could get the plot of land right by it. I succeeded in becoming thane and building the house fully, but now I can't furnish my house (I think you can do it yourself, but I'm lazy) and I can't add horses, chickens, cows, etc., and this is because I lost the housecarl.
