Going 285/70r18 I think you'll be fine if you do the mud flap delete.The biggest difference is in the transmission. The RST comes with the 8 speed while the TB comes with the 10 speed. The Z71 comes with the 2 speed transfer case. All other 1500's 4x4's that don't have the Z71 package only have a single speed transfer case so no low gear.
