Can't start my own Kingdom : (. Ive come to a point where i have all 3 pieces of the Banner and i have taken a castle by Seige. I am now not at war and cannot choose the Empire or Non-Empire Kingdom at either Istiana or Azyrgos, i dont get the option. So, im left with 4 uncompleted quests that appear to be impossible to complete!!!increase relations with lords. try to ensure you have people that may join you. My strategy is usually: wait till somebody else declares war on your enermy and peace out. I wanted to get Trade to 300 and *buy* my own kingdom, but I can't do that before the main quest timer expires. You can still make your own kingdom after the "main quest" expires. IMO the main quest is just extra annoyance with no pay off anyways.
