Bad pop up NCLEX-PN (145 Q’s) Hello all, I took the NCLEX yesterday afternoon and it was not what I expected. Here’s a little breakdown of my exam. I had a LOT of prioritization, delegation, nursing ethics and teaching reinforcement. I would say that covered up 50-60% of my exam. I had some questions on nystagmus, Z track method, cystic ...I took the NCLEX today and I felt like I did okay. I used Kaplan and Simple Nursing to study and on all my CAT exams I got passing at 85 questions. And I got above 60% on all the practice exams, trainers, and readiness exams.
