When I use the HP Smart App to perform a Scan, I am presented with a message that says this, "Scanning is currently unavailable. Select Return Home and check that the printer is connected and active. Once connected, return to here to scan." I look at the Printer Settings and says they say Ready and Active.Welcome to the HP Support Community!
