Oculus quest 2 keeps going to home screen

My quest 2 volume automatically goes down to zero by itself.

When I'm playing games, specifically VrChat, my screen will randomly turn grey as if going to sleep. Not black, but grey. I can still press buttons and move around and press the home button because I can hear it, but everything is grey. If I turn it off and turn it on, sometimes it stays grey.This keeps happening, i charged up my quest 2 last night and put it in the case, i also have the elite strap with battery, So i could play some VR after work in the office. And the fucking thing has turned itself on so many times by itself today that its gone from 100% with the headset and 100% battery to 27% on the headset and 0% on the battery.
