prod key would be enough, the other file is autogenerated by yuzu. like i said make sure you did have started your basegame.nsp once before, after that you should be fine merging it. else, like me, try to convert it to xci - kinda more convinient If that doesn't work, then uninstall yuzu and delete all yuzu data in appdata/local/yuzu and appdata/roaming/yuzu (but backup first I think). Then re-install, and use a new copy of prod.keys and title.keys (not the backup ones).

As said in another comment, trting to swap the renderer might give better result (it should be in yuzu's option, make sure to stop the emulation first). It seems that this issue is happening in Chocobo Dungeon game as well. This issue existed since 3 years ago and I guess till today this has never been fixed.
